The underlying image data and analysis scripts for Figure 2 of Believing is seeing – the deceptive influence of bias in quantitative microscopy.

The file U2OS_DAPI_488Tubulin_568Lamin_10Tiles_Slide1001.nd2 contains a tiled image of fixed cells as described in README.txt and in the associated publication. The relevant channels of this file are also provided as separate tif files (U2OS_DAPI_488Tubulin_568Lamin_10Tiles_Slide1001_DAPI.tif, U2OS_DAPI_488Tubulin_568Lamin_10Tiles_Slide1001_Lamin.tif, and U2OS_DAPI_488Tubulin_568Lamin_10Tiles_Slide1001_Tubulin.tif) to simplify use of the associated MATLAB script (analyzeRepresentativeCells.m). Expected output from the MATLAB script is also provided (analysisOutput.zip)
