The underlying analysis script for Figure 4A-B of Believing is seeing – the deceptive influence of bias in quantitative microscopy. The underlying imaging data is available from the A representative cell cannot fully encapsulate a population dataset.

The file runBiasedAreaAnalysis.m was used to analyze images that are available in the A representative cell cannot fully encapsulate a population dataset. The expected analysis output is included in analysisOutput.zip.
