<p dir="ltr">This dataset contains 3 large-scale two-photon calcium imaging recordings from across multiple mouse visual cortical areas (layer 2/3) in response to rotated naturalistic images. </p><p dir="ltr">The dataset is organized into 5 main folders.</p><ul><li><b>stimuli</b></li><li><ul><li><i>stim_05-08-23.mat</i>: File used for stimulus presentation.</li><li><ul><li><code>img</code>: 2760 images (92 objects × 15 orientations × 2 views) at resolution 300 × 1200 pixels.</li><li><code>db</code>: Names of the 2760 images (suffix <code>_left</code> or <code>_front</code>).</li><li><code>istim</code>: 10,200 integers (1–2760) indicating which image was shown on each trial.</li></ul></li></ul></li><li><b>retinotopy</b></li><li><ul><li><i>areas.npz</i>: Standard mouse area boundaries used for aligning retinotopies.</li><li><ul><li><code>out</code>: 10 entries, each describing the boundary points of mouse visual cortical areas.</li><li>Areas of interest: PM (entry 1), AM (2), RL (4), LM (6), AL (7), LI (8), V1 (9).</li></ul></li><li>Additional files: Retinotopy data for the 3 recorded mice.
