This dataset contains the full raw time-series data acquired for Nardin et al., 2025, investigating blood chemistry dynamics during spontaneous behavior using in vivo microdialysis coupled to liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC–MS). The data provide a detailed, time-resolved view of blood amines, peptides, and metabolite fluctuations aligned with simultaneously tracked locomotion.

Contents

Raw LC–MS output: Continuous microdialysis time series from all animals, exported as comma-separated values (
.csv
). Each file includes timestamps, compound names (and identifiers), and corresponding relative concentration (Dansyl ratio).

Behavioral tracking: Synchronized behavioral readouts extracted with DeepLabCut. These files contain timestamped x–y coordinates and derived kinematic variables (e.g., position, velocity) for the recorded sessions.
